　　本剧是《黄石》主创泰勒·谢里丹打造的新剧。故事发生在密歇根州的一个小镇上，这镇唯一主要行业就是联邦监狱、州监狱及私人监狱。聚焦小镇的McClusky家庭身上，他们在这取决于监狱及囚犯的镇上拥有无比权力，不管警察、罪犯、囚犯、狱警及政客都得看他们脸色。

　　第三季讲述闻名天下的前总统Bill Clinton性丑闻事件。讲述前总统Bill Clinton过去与白宫实习生Monica Lewinsky有染，而因为Paula Jones当时向总统提出性骚扰指控，在诉讼期间牵扯出Monica与总统的关系（Linda Tripp过去偷录下了她与Monica的对话，成为了证据之一）。
